Collins Aerospace Day of Recruitment Activities – March 10

Through a special initiative to expand diversity in the aerospace industry, Collins Aerospace Electric Power Systems division of Rockford has formed a partnership with CEET to expand the college’s programming focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion. Kicking off this new partnership is Collins Day on Thursday, March 10, when Collins reps will be on campus at the Engineering Building and Still Hall to talk to students about job opportunities in the aerospace industry, hold meet and greets and conduct a mini-job fair complete with on-the-spot interviews.

The schedule of activities is as follows:

10-10:30 AM Panel Discussion – Collins Business Units & Collins Culture, EB209

10:30 AM-1:30 PM Career Fair, Atrium Lobby
11 AM – 1 PM Lunch for all CEET students
1:30-2:00 PM Panel Discussion – Diversity at Collins, EB209
2-2:30 PM Meet-N-Greet Networking EB209
5-5:30 PM Panel Discussion – Engineering Roles, Responsibilities & Opportunities, EB209
5:30-6 PM Meet-N-Greet Networking EB209

All CEET students are invited to participate in the activities planned. No registration is necessary, but students should bring copies of their resumes, dress to impress and be prepared for impromptu interviews.
